Through serenity, lightness and joy to better golfing. Learn tools to neutralize negative emotions to play golf more effectively.
Strengthen focus, concentration and determination. Get to know Ki exercises from martial arts as a basis for energy in everyday life and in golf.
Experience short regeneration through meditation and deep relaxation. Train inner peace, body awareness, flexibility, strength and coordination.

09:00 am Reception with coffee and tea (optional)
09:30 am course start and welcome with Emilie, Christian (Chris) and Thomas
10:00 am Yoga - Introduction Thomas
10:30 a.m. Chi energy training (focus on earthing and building up energy) with Chris.
12.00 noon golf training with golf doctor Emilie to implement the newly learned skills
13.00h Lunch in the restaurant
2.00 pm Yoga Nidra with Thomas to relax, with live harp, Violeta Ramos.
2.30pm golf training with Emilie and Christian, real focus and energy.
4.00 pm Yoga and meditation with Thomas Gloor to deepen what has been learned.
5.30pm conclusion and feedback session
18.00h end of course
